At a recent Country Festival (Féile na Tuaithe) held at Turlough House Country Life Museum in County Mayo (Ireland) they had laid on a fairy trail for the kids to follow. I just loved the vivid colours of all the fairy slippers, dresses and scarves. And the kids were enthralled.
Fairy where are you going to?
Won’t you stop with me?
I see your shoes hanging up to dry
Your dresses among the leaves
Your scarf if blowing in the wind
What is it like flying free?
