Optimistic – Weekly Photo Challenge

Two things that make me feel optimistic. The first is the dawning of a brand new day, and actually seeing the sun in January makes such a nice change to waking to rain.

The second is seeing seeds germinate. It is slightly early for that yet, but certainly in the next couple of weeks it will be time to get back into the greenhouse. The germination of a seed into a tiny, green, growing organism, that you can subsequently have for your lunch, is one of natures amazing miracles.
